Coz it has been mentioned the Daily clarion is the real voice.while B option refutes it becoz it says most of the pages devoted to out_of town news.

The answer is B. Reasons are as follows:
In case of A, advertising revenue is the subject of discussion which has got nothing to do with people's voice.
In case of C, it is imperative that 60% (majority) of the readers of Daily Clarion happen to be people of Gotham City. Hence, C supports the fact that it is the real voice of the people of Gotham City.
In case of D, the residence of editor-in-chief and other editorial staff has nothing to do with the voice of people. The editors can stay outside Gotham City and still continue doing the good job.
In case of E, the duration of Daily Bugle and Daily Clarion has got to do nothing with the people's voice in Gotham City.
